THE PLANT HEALTH (ENGLAND) (AMENDMENT) (NO 2) ORDER 2008
In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs hereby gives notice that the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2008 (SI 2008 No 2765) will come into force on 10 November 2008. Copies of this Order are available from The Stationery Office.
