Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 May 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 17 October 2008, D Gallacher, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of said Ross David Gallacher, who is a child single, and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ross David Webb and assumed the name of Ross David Gallacher.
