Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 67 of the Transport Act 1962 (as applied by section 84(3) of that Act and as saved by section 253 of, and paragraph 5 of Schedule 28 to, the Transport Act 2000) that the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway PLC which is registered in England & Wales No. 1576947 and whose registered office is at The Railway Station, Toddington, Gloucs., GL54 5DT, has made byelaws relating to the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway and intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation of these byelaws.

A copy of the byelaws in respect of which the application for confirmation is to be made can be inspected free of charge for a period of 28 days starting from the date of this notice at the following premises and times –

The Railway Station, Toddington, Gloucestershire, GL54 5DT from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm Mondays to Fridays;

Winchcombe Library, Back Lane, Winchcombe GL54 5PZ from 10 am to 1pm Mondays, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm Tuesdays, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm Wednesdays, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm Fridays and from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm Saturdays.

Cheltenham Library, Clarence Street, Cheltenham GL50 3JT from 9 am to 7 pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9 am to 5.30 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 9 am to 4 pm Saturdays.

A copy of the byelaws can be obtained free of charge by applying to the Company Secretary, Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway PLC, The Railway Station, Toddington, Gloucestershire, GL54 5DT; or viewed at the website at www.gwsr.com.

During the 28 day period any person affected by the new byelaws may make representation to the Secretary of State for Transport by writing to him at the Department for Transport, Zone 3/33, Great Minster House, 76 Marsham Street, London, SW1P 4DR.
