Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 October 2008 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 October 2008, The Nottinghamshire County Council, the Legal Guardian of Charlotte Grace Johnson, formerly Charlotte Grace Smith and also known as Charlotte Grace Hodgkinson of 43 Coronation Road, Bestwood Village, Nottinghamshire a child, single and a British Citizen abandoned on behalf of the said Charlotte Grace Johnson the surnames of Smith and Hodgkinson and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Johnson.
