Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 September 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 November 2008, Tracy Laura Elizabeth Wilson, 87 Bredinghurst, Overhill Road, London SE22 0PL, is single, a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Tracey Hayashi and assumed the name of Tracy Laura Elizabeth Wilson.
