Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 48(2) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, Balliol House, Southernhay Gardens, Exeter EX1 1NP, on 23 December 2008, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of receiving a report prepared by the Administrative Receiver, and if thought fit, to establish a Committee (the Creditors’ Committee) to exercise the functions conferred on it by or under the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged, together with a statement of any claim to be made by the Creditor, at the offices of the Administrative Receiver at Balliol House, Southernhay Gardens, Exeter EX1 1NP, by 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting.
