WEAVERS RESTAURANT TRUST

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Weavers Restaurant Trust, Kelsey Street, Bethnal Green, London, E2 6HD, on 05 January 2009, at 12.00 noon for the purpose of considering the appointment of a Liquidator and a Liquidation Committee as mentioned in sections 100 and 101 of the above Act and other matters permitted under rule 4.53 of the Insolvency Rules 1986. Statements of claim and proxies (if applicable) to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at 12 Tumblewood Road, Banstead, Surrey SM7 1DX, not later than 12.00 noon the business day before the Meeting. Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may also include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. Graham Henderson of Henderson & Co is a person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the Company who will, during the week before the day of the Meeting, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
