Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First and Final Dividend will be paid within 4 months from the last date for proving. The last date for Creditors to prove their claim in order to participate in the Dividend is 6 March 2009. Creditors should send details of their claim to Michael Bowell of MBI Coakley Limited, Tunsgate Square, Second Floor, 98-110 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3HE on or before the 6 March 2009. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving will be excluded from this Dividend.
