Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Gibson Hewitt & Co, 5 Park Court, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, on 4th March 2009, at 10.15 am. This Meeting will be followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 10.30 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings of the conduct of the above Creditors Voluntary Liquidation for its duration. A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the above Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than the close of business on 3rd March 2009.
