Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 4 months from the last date for proving. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 6 February 2009, to send their proofs of debt to S R Browne of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Lennox House, Spa Road, Gloucester GL1 1XD, the Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend.
