Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 November 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 November 2008, J Merkell as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Charley Palmer Merkell who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Charley Palmer Rothwell and assumed the name of Charley Palmer Merkell.
