Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17 February 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 17 February 2009, A Purcell as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Elise Amy Evans who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Elise Amy Harvey and assumed the name of Elise Amy Evans.
