Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 November 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 17 February 2009, David Alexander Norris, of Shuckburgh Farm, Welford Road, Naseby, Northamptonshire NN6 6DF, being single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of David Alexander Conneely and assumed the name of David Alexander Norris.
