Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 October 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 December 2008, Emma Louise Kelly as a person having parental responsibility for Ryan Leigh Kelly, a child being single and a British citizen under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Cox and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Kelly.
