Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 October 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 November 2008, G Ocan and S Kakarie as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Ahmed Hassan Ocan who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ahmed Hassan Odongkara and assumed the name of Ahmed Hassan Ocan.
