Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 November 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 December 2008, A Jackman as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Joe Julien Jackman who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Joe Henry Harris and assumed the name of Joe Julien Jackman.
