Duncan Peter Lockett-Yeung, 21 Newton Road, Oxford OX1 4PT, is married, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Duncan Peter Lockett and assumed the name of Duncan Peter Lockett-Yeung.
