Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 18 December 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 February 2009, Kirsty Ann Chahal, of 45 Kimberley Grove, Seasalter, Whitstable, Kent CT5 4BA, married and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kirsty Ann Singh née Kirsty Ann Peacock and assumed the name of Kirsty Ann Chahal.
