Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24 December 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 March 2009, Larkland James Thomas, of 320 Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey CR7 7JE, married and a British citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Larkland Thomas and assumed the name of Larkland James Thomas.
