Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 18 December 2008 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 18 February 2009, Kristy Ann Chahal, of 45 Kimberley Grove, Seasalter, Whitstable, Kent CT5 4BA renounced and abandoned the name of Kristy Ann Singh and in place thereof assumed and intends to use on all occasions the name of Kristy Ann Chahal. Kristy Ann Chahal is married and is a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
