BY Order of the Court on 24 February 2009, PAUL MOORHEAD of Moneyexpert Limited t/a Expert Financial Solutions was removed as office holder in relation to the cases listed on the attached schedules and Martin Maloney of Simple Debt Solutions, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8AT was appointed office holder in his place.

Any creditors of the individuals listed may apply to the Court within 28 days of the publication of this advertisement to vary or discharge the Order.
