Take notice that with effect from 31 March 2009, John Ballam, retired from and ceased to be a Partner in the firm of Ballam Delaney Hunt, Solicitors, of 58 Hamilton Square, Birkenhead, Merseyside CH41 5AT and of 27-29 Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port, Merseyside CH65 8AA. The remaining partners of the partnership, Susan Delaney and Christopher Hunt will continue the practice together under the slightly changed name of “BDH Solicitors” from 27-29 Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port, Merseyside CH65 8AA and 26 Hamilton Square, Birkenhead CH41 6AY, and further take notice that with effect from 1 April 2009, John Ballam commenced practice on his own account as “Ballam Solicitors” trading from 58 Hamilton Square, Birkenhead, Merseyside CH41 5AT.
