We, Avon Valley Country Park Limited, Bath Road, Keynsham, Bath and North East Somerset (BANES), Directors J F P Douglas, of Avon Valley Farm, Bath Road, Keynsham, BANES and F J Jenkins of Jaylands, High Littleton, near Bath, hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after the publication of this notice, we intend to make an application to the Bath and North East Somerset Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Avon Valley Country Park Limited, Bath Road, Keynsham, Bath and North East Somerset.

A written notice for the intention to make an application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at Bath and North East Somerset Council, Environment and Consumer Services, 9-10 Bath Street, Bath BA1 1SN. This can be viewed between the hours of 8.30 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
