Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 January 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 April 2009, by Mohammed Ayaz Ismail and Bushra Parveen as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Hafsah Ayesha Ismail, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ayesha Hujaymah Ismail and assumed the name of Hafsah Ayesha Ismail.
