Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 28 April 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 May 2009, Timothy Michael Herbert Fawcett Wood, of Llwyn-y-Garreg, Churchstoke, Montgomery, Powys SY15 6TL, married, and a British citizen abandoned the name of Timothy Michael Herbert Fawcett and assumed the name of Timothy Michael Herbert Fawcett Wood.
