Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 May 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 May 2009, Eloise Jenetta Jill Alexander as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Hannah Marie Alexander who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Hannah Marie Lee and assumed the name of Hannah Marie Alexander.
