Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 February 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 March 2009, Natasha Maureen Donkor as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Ethan Myles Kwabena Donkor-Butterfield who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ethan Myles Kwabena Butterfield and assumed the name of Ethan Myles Kwabena Donkor-Butterfield.
