Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 March 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 April 2009, Justine Celeste Tate, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Gigi Helene Nevine Tate-Gargour who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Gigi Helene Nevine Gargour and assumed the name of Gigi Helene Nevine Tate-Gargour.
