• 3 Work is expected to affect the carriageway / footway between

(i) Burton Acres Lane to North Road (ii) Jcn Hallas Road in an easterly direction for 30m to S/L No. 23 (iii) Jcn Hallas Road in a westerly direction for approximately 8m.

• 4 Work is expected to commence on 28/09/2009 and be completed by 09/11/2009 (Work should begin within six months of this date).
• 5 The works notified will include the following:-

Resurfacing of Carriageway and Footway

• 6 Subject to exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 3 years from completion of works described in paragraph 5 without the consent of the said Highway Authority which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
• 7 Statutory undertakers are asked to note that, for the purposes of section 55 of the Act they must give notice of any works in their schedule of works, or works of which they may be aware, which would involve breaking up the part of the highway to which this reinstatement will apply within 20 days of the publication of this notice.
