Notice Convening The Final Meeting Of Members

Pursuant to S.94 Insolvency Act 1986

Notice is hereby given that a final meetings of members of the Companies will be held at offices of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD on 30 July 2009 at 10.00 am, 10.15 am, 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving a report and accounts by the Joint Liquidators, showing the manner in which the winding-ups of the Companies have been conducted, the property of the Companies disposed of and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the Liquidations.

The following resolutions will be put to the meeting:

a) To accept the Joint Liquidators’ final report and accounts.

b) To approve the Joint Liquidators’ release from office.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the office of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, at the above address by no later than 12.00 noon on 29 July 2009.
