Hysbysir trwy hyn yn dilyn adran 19 o’r Ddeddf a enwyd uchod, fod y datganiad o Warchodfa Natur Leol a wnaed ar y dydd 13 o Mai 2009, oddeutu 20 hectar neu rywbeth tebyg ym Mhlwyf Llangoed a Phenmon yn Sir Fôn yn destun cytundeb a wnaed gyda Cyngor Cymuned Llangoed a Phenmon a Menter Môn dan adran 21 o’r Ddeddf a enwyd uchod, a fod y tir yn cael ei reoli fel Gwarchodfa Natur.

Gellir cyfeirio at y datganiad hwn fel Gwarchodfa Natur Leol Comin Llangoed a Aberlleiniog.

Mae copiau ardystiedig o’r datganiad gyda chynllun atodedig wedi eu gosod gogyfer archwiliad cyhoeddus yn Neuadd y Pentref Llangoed neu gellir eu harchwilio drwy gysylltu â Chlerc Cyngor Cymuned Llangoed a Phenmon, 4 Gorddinog Terrace, Llangoed, Ynys Môn, LL58 8NG.

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19 of the above-mentioned Act, that by the Local Nature Reserve Declaration made on 13 May 2009, 20 hectares or thereabouts in the parish of Llangoed and Penmon in the county of Anglesey is the subject of an agreement entered into with Llangoed and Penmon Community Council and Menter Môn under section 21 of the afore-mentioned Act, and that the said land is being managed as a Nature Reserve.

This declaration may be referred to as the Llangoed Commons and Aberlleiniog Local Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said declaration with plans attached have been posted for public inspection at Llangoed Village Hall or are available for inspection by contacting the Clerk to Llangoed and Penmon Community Council, 4 Gorddinog Terrace, Llangoed, Isle of Anglesey, LL58 8NG.
