Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20 April 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 May 2009, Sally Elizabeth Fry, 12 Harbour Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH6 4DD, is a divorced British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sally Elizabeth Stephen and assumed the name of Sally Elizabeth Fry and having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Madeleine Rose Fry who is a child and British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Madeleine Rose Stephen and assumed the name of Madeleine Rose Fry.
