Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 (1A) of the Insolvency Rules, 1986 that the Liquidator in this matter intends declaring a First and Final Dividend to Creditors, who are required, if they have not already done so, on or before 23 October 2009 being the last day for proving, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned Barry Gibson Mitchell of Pentre Farm House, Mamhilad, Gwent NP4 0JH, the Liquidator and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, any dividend declared before his debt is proved. The dividend will be declared within the period of 4 months from the last day of proving.
