Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 36 Partnership Act 1890, that with effect from 1 October 2009, Mark Aspinall, Timothy Baker, Paul Sinnott, Brian Isola, Martin Wisdom and Andrew Ridings have retired from and ceased to be Partners in the firm of Waterson Hicks, 130 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5LY. The remaining Partner John Hicks will continue to practice from the firm’s new premises at 65 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 4BE to which any queries should be addressed.
