SIG Trading Ltd of Hillsborough Works, Langsett Road, Sheffield S6 2LW is the current Principal Employer (the ‘Company’) of the Fund.

The assets of the Fund have already been transferred to the Company’s successor scheme, the SIG plc Retirement Benefits Plan (the ‘Plan’) and all members’ benefits under the Fund have been replicated under the Plan. Notice is hereby given by the Trustees of the Fund that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Fund is requested to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees at the address below within 2 months of the date of issue of this notice, after which date, the Trustees will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the Fund to the Plan as set out above, having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Trustees shall then have had notice and the Trustees shall not be liable for any claim or demand for which they have then not had notice.

Claimants should quote the Fund name in all correspondence and provide their full name, address, date of birth and National Insurance Number. Any person who has already been contacted by the Trustees or made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustees.
