Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 June 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 July 2009, Amanda Jacqueline Masey, formerly Williams, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Phoebe Melissa Massey who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Phoebe Melissa Williams and assumed the name of Phoebe Melissa Massey.
