Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23 May 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Justice on 30 July 2009 Christopher Mark Ling and Joanna Jane Ling of Witton House, 85 Mundesley Road, North Walsham, Norwich, Norfolk NR28 0DB, as persons having parental responsibility for Rose Beatrice Carla Ling, who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the old name of Carla Rose Beatrice Ling and assumed the name of Rose Beatrice Carla Ling.
