Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16 March 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 3 November 2009, Kim Michael Hawkins of Flat 6, Pembridge Court, The Park, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL50 2SG, who is single and a British citizen under section 1(1)(a) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kim Michael Goode and assumed the name of Kim Michael Hawkins.
