Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 October 2009 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 November 2009, the Nottinghamshire County Council, the Legal Guardian of Katie Liane Hardy, formerly Katie Liane Budd of 73 Willowbridge Lane, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, a child, single and a British citizen abandoned on behalf of the said Katie Liane Hardy the surname of Budd and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Hardy.
