At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Pelaw View Centre, Hilda Avenue, Sherburn Road Estate, County Durham, DH1 2EH, on 10 November 2009, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution, and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that A Poxon, of Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, BL9 8AT, be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
