Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare an interim dividend to creditors. The creditors of the company are required, on or before 17 December 2009 to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Gary Edgar Blackburn of BWC Business Solutions, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU, the Liquidator of the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved. The Joint Liquidators intend to declare the above dividend within 4 months of 20 November 2009.
