Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 July 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 September 2009. We, Bruce Terrell and Christine Marie Terrell, of 47 Nevern Square, London SW5 9PF, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of Thomas Jean-Philippe Selwyn Terrell, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Thomas Jean-Philippe Selwyn Siné and assumed the name of Thomas Jean-Philippe Selwyn Terrell.
