Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8 September 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 September 2009, Leeds City Council as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of JESSICA HOPKINS, a child, single and a British citizen section 1(1), abandoned the surname of Redhead and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Hopkins.
