Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 September 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 September 2009, Iva Thurmiezene Louise Chin-Shue, 625 Northwood Hall, Hornsey Lane, Highgate, London N6 5PN, a divorced Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Iva Louise Chin-Shue and assumed the name of Iva Thurmiezene Louise Chin-Shue.
