Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that I, John Paul Bell, the Trustee of the above-named, intend to declare a Final Dividend to creditors within 4 months of the last date of proving, specified below. Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 31 December 2009, the last date of proving, to submit details of their debt to me at Clarke Bell Limited, Parsonage Chambers, 3 The Parsonage, Manchester, M3 2HW, and are requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified is not entitled to disturb the Dividend so declared by reason that he has not participated in said Dividend.
