TRANSFER OF MATTERS BETWEEN OFFICE HOLDERS
Take notice that Stephen Mark Katz retired from Fisher Partners and HW Fisher & Company on 1 October 2009.
And take further notice that it was deemed to be in the interest of Creditors to make an application to the Court to have the following appointments transferred to Insolvency Practitioners within Fisher Partners to ensure that these appointments continue to be dealt with in an expedient and cost efficient way.
And take further notice that by Order of Mr Justice Warren sitting in the Companies Court, Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice on 30 October 2009 the following transfers of appointment do take effect in relation to the estates listed below:
