Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within two months of the final date for lodging claims. The distribution will be made using the Prescribed Part, which is £271,001 gross of costs in this instance. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 18 December 2009, to send details of their claim to the undersigned W K Dawson of Deloitte LLP, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M60 2AT, one of the Joint Administrators. Any creditor who has not lodged his claim by the specified date will not be entitled to participate in the dividend.
