Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 8 December 2009 it made these Orders which will:-

• a amend waiting restrictions on the lengths of road as set out in the Schedule to this notice;
• b remove one disabled parking place in Oaklands Gate and install an additional place in Green Lane, close to Oaklands Gate;
• c install additional loading places in Green Lane and Rowland Place and relocate the loading place in Maxwell Road;
• d relocate pay and display parking places in Green Lane and Maxwell Road and remove some pay and display parking places in Rowland Place and Oaklands Gate.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 17 December 2009 can be seen at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published.

Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Orders should be made within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.

• i between a point 1.8 metres north west of the common boundary of Nos. 26 and 28 Green Lane and a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 32 and 34 Green Lane;
• ii between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 58 and 60 Green Lane and a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 60 and 62 Green Lane;
• iii between a point 5 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 68 and 68a Green Lane and a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 70 and 72 Green Lane;
