NOTICE OF TRANSPORT FOR LONDON’S INTENTION TO APPLY TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT FOR CONFIRMATION OF BYELAWS RELATING TO TRANSPORT FOR LONDON’S RAILWAYS AND ROAD TRANSPORT PREMISES

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 67 of the Transport Act 1962 (as applied by paragraph 26(6) of Schedule 11 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999 and section 25(4) of the London Transport Act 1969) that Transport for London has made byelaws relating to its railways and road transport premises and intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation of these byelaws.

A copy of the byelaws in respect of which the application for confirmation is to be made may be inspected and copies obtained free of charge for a period of 28 days starting from the date of this notice at the offices of Transport for London, Windsor House, 42-50 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0TL, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday or viewed on the website www.tfl.gov.uk.

During the 28 day period any person affected by the new byelaws may make representations to the Secretary of State for Transport by writing to him at Department for Transport, Zone 3/02, Great Minster House, 76 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DR or by email to Martin.Ellis@dft.gsi.gov.uk.
