NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Princes Limited to increase the volume of their existing consent to discharge up to 60 cubic metres per day (from 30 cubic metres per day) of treated sewage and trade effluent to an unnamed tributary of Blackrack Beck at National Grid Reference NY 50402 42056 from Eden Valley Mineral Water Company, Armathwaite, Cumbria, CA4 9TU.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 9/1/10 to 22/2/10 quoting reference 017690634.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Public Register, Lutra House, Dodd Way, Off Seedlee Road, Walton Summit, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 8BX between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
